All sales are final and lead time dependent on current manufacturer’s estimates.
Full payment is required to validate warranties on all materials and installation.
Warranty includes repairing or replacing manufacturer defected products at no cost for 1 year from the date above. A service fee and any potential manufacturer costs will be applied after one year.
Manufacturer will keep COM (Customer Own Material) that is left over and/or flawed fabrics for up to six months. After that material is scrapped. Any material to be shipped back a call tag is to be issued from clients COM vendor to the manufacturer to be picked up. Manufacturer shipping charges will be applied.
Custom made products may not be returned.
Quotes are good for 30 days.
